CEDI Barberena – Tailored Logistics Facility for Coca-Cola

CEDI Barberena is a modern logistics and distribution center developed by Balto Desarrollos to support the operational expansion of Coca-Cola in southern Guatemala. Located in the municipality of Barberena, this facility enhances supply chain operations with agile access to regional markets.

The project includes an 816 m² warehouse and 236 m² of office space, all designed with high efficiency and functionality in mind. The center also features a large maneuvering yard to streamline truck movement, improve loading times, and boost distribution capabilities.

Strategically situated along key southern logistics routes, CEDI Barberena serves as a regional hub, reinforcing Coca-Cola’s service reach and product distribution across Guatemala. The development is another example of Balto Desarrollos’ ability to deliver tailor-made, high-performance logistics infrastructure for leading global brands.
