CEDI Chimaltenango – Custom Logistics Center for Coca-Cola

CEDI Chimaltenango is a state-of-the-art logistics and distribution center developed by Balto Desarrollos to meet the specific operational needs of Coca-Cola. Strategically located in Chimaltenango, this facility was designed to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce delivery times, and strengthen the logistical presence in Guatemala’s western corridor.

The project includes a 2,200 m² warehouse equipped for storage and logistics operations, and a 500 m² office space designed to support administrative and coordination teams. It also features a large maneuvering yard that allows efficient truck circulation, loading, and unloading processes.

With direct access to major highways and close proximity to production and distribution hubs, CEDI Chimaltenango stands as a model of functional, scalable, and client-oriented industrial development.
